Laser Edge Cleaning For Solar Panel
Perovskite P4 laser edge cleaning equipment is specially designed for precision trimming of perovskite solar cell edges. It uses high-energy pulsed laser technology and galvanometer field mirror scanning system to accurately remove battery edge burrs, residual film and conductive layer redundancy, ensure the edge is flat and defect-free, and eliminate leakage hazards. Through non-contact processing and micron-level positioning (accuracy ≤30μm), substrate damage is avoided and the stability of the battery structure is maintained. Integrated intelligent visual positioning and real-time closed-loop control, adapted to high-speed processing of glass/flexible substrates, synchronously optimize edge passivation effects, significantly improve component weather resistance and photoelectric conversion efficiency, help mass production yield break through 95%+, and enable large-scale production of high-efficiency batteries.
